Jack rubbed his chin. He hadn’t slept in days and he knew it was just a matter of time before he stormed out the front door, stomped up the aisles of the nearest corner store, and requested the strongest pack of cigarettes they had in stock. He sighed and hit enter on the keyboard. Once again listing after listing involving electronic cigarettes.
His best friend Jasper had turned him on to the idea of these strange new innovations because he had been itching to quit ever since his grandmother had passed from a bout with lung cancer. Be warned, man. There are a lot of them out there. These companies are literally at war with one another; trying to grab the top spots on search sites like Google and Bing.
Jack groaned. Jasper wasn’t kidding either. he thought. This had been the third time he had sat down this evening to search for this newest, and hopefully best, way to kick his nasty old habit. There were a number of companies listed and Jack knew that one of these had to be the one he was looking for.
He had already researched all about these technological wonders and was itching to give it a try. He laughed darkly. Now all I need to do is to actually try and buy electronic cigarettes. Jack advanced the screen a page and began reading again.
He finally found himself finishing up a review of decent looking brand that sold ecigs. It seemed straight forward enough. Jack clicked on the link and read on as he became increasingly enthralled with the particular subject matter at hand. Despite his extensive research, there was a ton to take in. For example, as he found out, electronic cigarettes used e cig cartridges. This was a type of mechanism that doubled as a mouthpiece and a reservoir to hold the liquid meant to be vaporized.
Liquid? Jack read on. The aforementioned liquid was purchased, as what the site referred to as, eLiquid. This liquid was vaporized inside of the small reservoir, which then simulated the smoke of an actual cigarette without all of the hazardous chemicals.
Finally. Jack sighed and sat back in his chair.
It was true that the only buying experience had been reduced to wading through a bunch of, what his mother would call, malarkey just to get to the right product. Of course, companies would always compete for the top spot on any given number of search sites. Even if you were, let’s say, looking for a couple of E Cigarette Adapters, be prepared to wade through a never ending sea of meaningless words and links.
The key, Jack finally realized, to have already settled on a particular product. And today that product was going to be ecigs.
